A branch phone rings from both sides. A client with six heads for Monday is revenue; a worker asking whether to come in at six is a placement you keep. Both arrive on the same number, usually when nobody is there to answer. SARA takes the brief, answers what she can answer, and hands over the rest with the evidence already gathered — she never guesses at a start date, never argues a complaint, and never resolves a pay question herself.
