About MyHireAI

We built the layer that was living in someone's head

Most branches keep their hours in payroll, their candidates in an ATS, their compliance in a folder somewhere, and the list of who is worth ringing this month in somebody's head. That person is the single point of failure — and they're usually the one you can least afford to lose a day of.

MyHireAI is that middle layer, made explicit. It reads the systems you already run, knows who is available, who is finishing somewhere else, whose ticket lapses in October and who has gone quiet on a site — and turns all of it into a conversation that actually happens, inside the rules you set.

Where it came from

It started with a real problem in a real branch: thirty-one applications overnight and time to call six of them, four thousand names in a database nobody worked, and good workers quietly leaving because the check-in never happened. Nothing exotic — just the everyday cost of joining systems together with people.

Every module in the platform exists because that problem cost somebody a day, or a worker, or a client. The nightly database scan, the evidence on a screening, the credential watchtower, the pre-end redeploy call — all of it is scar tissue turned into software.

Compliance is not a reminder

A notification you can dismiss isn't a control. If a ticket has lapsed or work rights aren't established, that person cannot be placed — the rule runs whether anyone is watching or not.

Nothing gets ripped out

You already pay for your candidate system, and your consultants already know it. They keep working exactly where they do today — there is nothing new for anyone to log into, and nothing to reconfigure on your phones.

The manager still decides

Every candidate SARA ranks shows the evidence behind the score, and every person she refuses to contact shows the rule that stopped her. Permanent decisions, pay questions, complaints and anything about safety always go to a person — she does not settle them herself.

Show the block, and the reason

When someone can't be placed or can't be called, we show you who they were and exactly what's stopping them — a lapsed ticket, an off-limits period, a contact cap — so you can fix it rather than work around it.

How we deliver

  • A discovery workshop to confirm the integration points and your actual rules
  • Read-only connection first, so you can watch it work before it writes anything
  • Built against your own candidates, orders, tickets and consent records
  • One revision round per module, and a walkthrough with your consultants
  • Australian-based delivery, support and hosting

See it on your own base

Bring an export of your own candidate database to the walkthrough and we'll show you who the nightly scan would have put in front of you this morning.
